If I have an HDMI port in my computer, is it possible to make a capture from camera through this connection in Edius? And if possible what settings should be applied for capture?

EDIUS does not directly support HDMI ingest. You'll need to use whatever capture application that is supplied with the hardware.

If the port is on a video card or laptop they are usually exclusively out(with HDCP)
