Time line & output screen sudden became Mosaic

Mosaic problem

That could well be the cause actually because the fault repeatedly recurred at the exact same point on the timeline. I've recaptured the footage and the problem is no longer there. Thanks to all who have responded, I'm very impressed with this forum, a fantastic facilty/
