Is the NVIDIA GeForce 8800 Ultra a good video card for EDIUS SP?

Do a search on this. I believe there was an issue with the 8800 Ultra.
I have an 8800 GTS 512 card running very nicely. As I said, others have had mucho problemos with the 8800 series.

I have 8800GT- perfect card if you are not using Xplode/Xplode for Edius.
Again- great card, but you are not getting any better with ultra.
Ultra will give approx 5% in Vitascene, Edius (current ver.) will not work better or faster.

i am using 2x 8800gts 640mg in sli ,, running fine

Providing you only want to use it with Edius, or for SD Video NO PROBLEMS!
BUT if you want to play HD Canopus HQ in other programs that use Direct Draw don't bother, you will get horizontal jitter, Only with HD not SD
I have 2 if you want them a 8800GTS and an 8800Ultra going cheap!
