keep in mind that BorisFX9 is faulty and can't be used successfully with Edius 4.5 or later (renders with wrong field order)
it works fine in all versions prior to Edius 4.5Anton Strauss

OK, I have a question regarding FX.
On my machine I have several problems with the integration, but the one I'm trying to solve right is the following.
One of the BCC filters is a noise reduction filter. It appears to be both a temporal and spatial filter. I've used it in another app and it works great. The filter seems to work on the preview in FX just fine. However, when I apply and exit back to Edius and render, the resultant video still has most of the noise, and is just blurred a tiny bit. No changing of any of the settings in FX appear to affect the behaviour. It's almost as if 2 video tracks were being blended - one processed and the other not. Other BCC filters seem to work, but I've not played enough with them to see if they are working properly.
Anyone else tried this filter and have success?
Tom
