  • PCE and Widescreen Mpeg-2 Output?

    Hello,

I recently did a small project where I used some 4:3 footage inside of a 16:9 project.

So all of the video was in a window and everything around was graphics and text.

When I output the project to Mpeg-2 via Procoder Express, the end file was letterboxed when I brought it into Encore.

I wound up exporting an AVI file which came out widescreen and had Encore encode the file duing the burn process.

Are there some settings I missed in PCE?

I did not see any "widescreen" settings.

    Thanks for your help

you have to select 16:9 in the advanced settings dialog in pce... the default is always 4:3 no matter what project are you in...
