How: duplicate audio channel to both channels?

How can I duplicate one audio channel to both channels? for example from right channel to Left and right channel.

it's not working becouse I want to have Right channel on both channels like in Adobe Premiere: on audio track "duplicate left" or " duplicate right".

try right click on the clip, go to properties. audio info and select mono Channel 2. you get right channel on both

PanPot&Balance will still work, just mute the Left Channel, and pan the Right channel over to center.
