How to add new fonts to Quick Titler

Hi every one I am new to Edius, I want to purchase some fonts to add to
Quick Titler. Is this possible, If so how to do this. I do not like some of the
fonts that came with Quick Titler. Thanks..

Just add the new fonts by way of the font icon in the control panel.
After installing the fonts, reboot, and all should be well. Unless, of course, that QT will not accept the font for some reason. Unlikely though!

Is the ability to add fonts via the the font icon on the control panel still available and in EDIUS 6.51?
I cannot locate this, nor does it seem to be in the manual.

right click the font you wish to install and then click install font

It has nothing to do with Edius or Quicktitler, it is a Windows thing
The fonts used by Quicktitler are the ones installed in Windows

Get in the habit of re-starting either the OS, Windows, or both. I am old school when building a machine. Everything that is entered gets a reboot.
This method goes back to the early 90's. It has yet to fail me.
