Project settings question (PAL and NTSC)

Hi guys,

I am starting a new project. It will be shot with two camcorders: Sony HVR-V1U and (as backup/second camera) HG10 (AVCHD).

I'd like to use Sony's 1080p24.
HG10 also has 24p. Although it is claimed that it shoots at 1920, when I convert with AVCHD2HQ, I get 1440...

What will be the best project settings, provided that at the end I'll need to export both to PAL and NTSC - DVD and may be Blu-Ray.
And may be both in HD and SD.
