Hardware and software compatibility

Hello,

I am building a system to use with Edius NX (32bit).
Does anyone know if the Asus Maximus Extreme motherboard works well?

Would also be interested to find out if there are any software compatibility issues with any software (particularly Nicon, Wavelab, Photoshop, games etc).

I use Wavelab and Adobe CS3, no problems whatsoever...
There was a post here about issues with Premier or AfterEffect and Edius, but I think it is solved in 4.61.
As for the hardware - it is not only the motherboard, but CPU, RAM, HD, etc.
You can see my signature - I use mostly a laptop (HP Mobile Workstation) and it is Ok for me (mostly HD / AVCHD).
