Help with the display window

My 2 yr old hit my keyboard a few times and somehow put a grid on the preview windows. Not a big deal but distracting to me. Rather than spend another 1/2 hr looking for the stupid setting.... Does anyone know how to get rid of it?

Getting the duct tape now.... LOL
