  • Some PSD and TIFF's won't import to bin

Running 4.61 and some PSD and TIFF stills open to the bin, but others won't. The ones that won't open are the ones I've resized in PS at 720 x 1028 SD. Edius doesn't like something or is not opening the stills. I get an error message. Anyone run across this recently? Thanks.

Can you zip up some problematic images and attach them here?

A while back I was having trouble with graphics made in Photoshop CS2. Edius (4.6 and 4.5) started giving me an error message that the files were not compatible. After resaving - and renaming - the files (.psd format for me) in the older Photoshop Version 7, they worked fine. I am guessing there was something in CS2 that Edius didn't like.

Thank you very much.... this was the case. A few of the PSD's and TIFF's the client gave me had a CMYK profile. 99% were RGB so this threw me a curve.... Thanks again.
