It's on the Settings menu - Hardware Settings after EDIUS loaded
When reviewing setting for Canopus HQ Codec, I noticed the Online(Superfine) is greyed out. This also make think NHX-E2 is not working well beside the error with ADVC controller. But at least I understand there's a confusion caused by the manufacturer labeled E1 and E2 on the same card.

Thanks for all of your help and explanation

Superfine option is for future ... right now - the highest it will go is fine. Nothing wrong with your h/w or your installation. Go and enjoy it - and stop worrying about it :-).

I will ting, thanks to you, SRsupport and others for your kind help... ensuring me that the product is working fine and I really enjoyed editing video in EDIUS.

Guess I have to be more thorough reading the manuals :-)

Yeah, I hardly cannot wait finishing reading the manual first, rather much straight editing
