Is it possible to configure Edius so that the Rendered folders are by default in another location than the project itself?

For instance, I'd like to store the *.ezp (and possibly couple of other) files in My Documents\Edius Projects, and temporary renders - in another folder, possibly placed on a separate, fast drive. This is easility done with Vegas, but is it possible with Edius?

Not at the moment, no. EDIUS will always create render files and cached files under the main project folder.
