I am just about to finish a 60 min documentary edited in HD from HDV source.
All is planned to be burnt to DVD (Blu-Ray not widely spread yet) and I wonder which would be the best way to go from HD timeline. All editing including titles and such are in place.
1. use Procoder Express to down convert to Canopus DV and then Encore DVD
or
2. use Procoder to convert to DVD.
To me it seems to be best to make only one conversion and choose 2 provided that the correct IRE and colour settings will be transferred to corresponding settings for SD PAL.
