From the Canopus site:

Upgrade pricing is only available to owners of EDIUS Pro 3 and EDIUS Broadcast (v3), including Hardware/Software bundles that include either EDIUS Pro 3 or EDIUS Broadcast software. If you own an older version of EDIUS, you will need to purchase a full version of the Grass Valley EDIUS v4 software.

Anyway: I never heard of a version 3.0LE ?!

If I recall correctly, the LE version simply excludes the TitleMotion Pro license.

To the original poster, it may be possible to upgrade, but you will still have no TitleMotion Pro license.
