Plugin to Output Timeline markers to a text file for use in DVD Programs
The Timeline-Marker-Exporter-Plugin exports the marker positions of the EDIUS-Timeline into a simple textfile.
You can choose the format to export, either the Framenumber or standard SMPTE format ("hh:mm:ss;ff").
The exported list can be used with other programms like DVD-Authoring-Tools for example as Chapterpoints or similar.

      Hi Jeff:

You can export your timeline markers as a txt file (CSV file, but you can change the extension to .txt if you want). Any program that supports import of chapter points should work with it fine. I do this all the time with DVDLab Pro -- one of, if not THE, best authoring programs available, especially for the money.

I AM using Edius 3.61, so I'm assuming this is still possible in Edius 4 ... I can't imagine them REMOVING that feature. Then again ... there are some good reasons I haven't moved to 4.X, a number of which are removed or seriously altered important features. :(

The above is good advice, DVDLab Pro for SD DVD's is just the greatest for control and cost. Available on line from mediachance as a download.
With the exported CSV file before you bring it into DVDLab open in Excel and remove the first column, and then resave
