Thanks. I did find the Still Image snapshot command at CTRL-T. That's one problem solved.
No luck with CTRL-G. Also, when I go into Settings>Application Settings>Customize>Keyboard, CTRL-G is unassigned.
I'll try the Edius Keyboard Shortcut thing next.
Thanks.

CTRL-G should still work?
Still image snapshot is CTRL-T by default.
Remember, you can always view/change shortcuts if you go to Settings>Application Settings>Customize>KeyboardLeave a comment:

When upgrading, EDIUS will not change your keyboard shortcuts, so any additional keyboard shortcuts that are added will be unassigned.
Recommend you use the EDIUS keyboard shortcut utility to parse your keyboard shortcuts, and you might want to create a Default shortcut set and look at that too.Leave a comment:

More Keyboard Shortcut Questions
Hi all,
I just upgraded from Edius 3.6 to 4.6* and am surprised to see the learning curve is higher than anticipated. Not a big deal; I'm sure I will figure these things out.
What's hampering me though is the keyboard shortcuts. There are some that I just cannot find. Hopefully you can help me out:
STATUS OVERLAY on/off. Used to be ctrl G but no more. I looked in Settings > Application Settings > Keyboard Shortcuts but could not find anything resembling Status Overlay.
Also, the same goes for STILL CAPTURE. I was using F9 with Edius 3, but I can't find any way of doing it with Edius 4.
What am I missing? What am I doing wrong?Tags: None
