Did anyone tried Edius on Windows Vista?

Why not do a search on the forum. You will find several threads on the subjuect where you can find out what works and what does not.

There is no Edius hardware support at the moment for Vista.

Though many users are now running EDIUS in a Windows Vista OS, it is not officially supported at this time, so tread lightly.

Though the EDIUS software may run OK in Windows Vista, there are no drivers for any EDIUS hardware (i.e. EDIUS NX, EDIUS SP, EDIUS SD, EDIUS HDLE, or EDIUS HD) at this time, so those products don't work AT ALL in Windows Vista.

That's correct, I only use the software side of things not the hardware, so I don't have the problem of drivers for their hardware NX ect, You think that Thompson could do 64bit drivers Though, Must be to hard for them!

We already said there will be 64-bit drivers in the next major release, so the insinuation is not appreciated. Also, there's no p in Thomson. :)
