  • FADE out BLACK. AUDIO to FADE too?

When I fade out to black. How can the Audio fade with it too? Without doing it manually. When I edited with REX adn STORM edit. I faded to balck and so did the AUDIO. Cheers

If you add a default transition, and audio video is LINKED (ie, it is not grouped nor unlinked) and the upcoming clip is also the same way, an audio transition is added once you add a video transition.

PS. Please don't capitalize words in the subject line, I'm sure everyone here can see what you said already :)

click the down arrow of the fade out or fade in tool on the timeline tool bar and select fade audio

or manually do it with the rubber banding, my preferred method

yes, Mike's post was from 2007 so it would have been leading up to Edius 4.5
