Lost my NXe capture preset..........I think?

Just started a new project.........Selected a HDV 1440 X 1080 50i preset and selected my destination drive for project and a project name as normal then strated the capture process and the NXe capture devise bits are no longer there? BUT can capture Via Nxe using Generic OHCI settings.........have captured all my footage fine - No output via componant board while capturing
All footage is 100% ok and scene detection 100% ok

What Have I missed?

Similarities to what I have found ?????? .....although this related to identical decks but no deck control but you can capture.

What bits are missing? Did you reboot?

Have you tried another deck? What happens if you capture a different format i.e SD DV(Cam)
