I'm sure this is a simple click or preference - but why is that I sometimes cannot bring a clip from the bin to any video/va track I want? It will let me bring it down to say v1 and THEN I can move it anywhere - but it wont let me right from the bin?

what happened is that you pushed a certain keyboard shortcut that enabled track mapping by mistake
