Quicktitler contaminated?

My quicktitler on one job could see a truetype font I installed called chalkboard but on the second job switched the type to arial even though the name chalkboard appeared in the font style window...Is my titler contaminated? How do I correct? Do I have to unload all Edius software? Title Motion Pro can see the font and works fine but my quicktitler has lost it.

what to do?

Could re-install the font? Maybe it got corrupted?
