Negative FX and Viewfinder POV

Is there a way to reverse a video image using color correction. I want to reveser the image to negative like film.

Also, does anyone know where I can get a graphic to use as a POV camcorder viewfinder effect. I want to put the red recording light over some home movie video.

There's a preset in YUV Curve called Nega.

Use the region filter, enable the elliptical option and choose 'Block Color' as the inside filter - pick a safe red colour and there you go!

Put the Region in a keyframed Blend Effects to make it blink or pulse.
