Titlemotion has become completely unusable

Since updating to 4.6 version of Edius, titlemotion has become unusable. Half the time the window that opens up for titlemotion has areas that are see through or holes in it (missing icon buttons or menus). Often while trying to type in the window, titlemotion locks up/crashes.

I had no problems like this before in 4.5. Someone suggested its my graphics card or the drivers of my graphics card. Same card I've been using for over a year now but I probably have updated the drivers for it a couple times over the year. Anyone else having titlemotion problems? with it crashing, locking up or looking weird?

Reinstall tmpro.

I have ZERO problems with Tmpro in version 4.61 of EDIUS. I think something must have been corrupted in your TMPRO.

I received 10 new pc's with edius 4.6 installed. On all these systems titlemotion is causing problems. Is there anything that we can do about this?

First of all you could name some of your problems.

I would first upgrade all the pcs to 4.61.

the same problems as discribed by Richnation.
Also sometimes edius crashed when using titlemotion.
the only thing what I can do is ctrl+alt +delete end task

Is there no third party software available that is more stable?

I had the missing icons happen to me the other day, I discovered that somhow the windows got turned off. go to tools and see if something got turned off.

having used TM for a while ( back in my Speed Razor days) it much more stable now then when I first got it ( tho, the the glow border and lost soft shadow bug is a pain sometimes)

I still maintain that you guys have a corrupted TMPRO somewhere ... because I have zero problems with the software.

TMpro is not the easiest of title package to deal with NOT intuitive at all - BUT I have no issues as stated above using EDIUS 4.61

I have had a few overlay errors though with see through sections of a programme - This was cured with a Catalyst driver change for my Saphire card...........

I had problem installing it in edius 4.6, couldn´t do it whotout a reg. hack in windows..and now when i trying to right-clicka a track in Edius, it won´t open, it only opens in the Bin ?

I don't have EDIUS right now to tell you the exact option to check, but in the Application settings, under Timeline, at the top there are a number of checkboxes. The last two are Add clip to mapped track and something else related. Usually both of these options are enabled.

There seems to be a bug where if the last option is not enabled, then you cannot right-click to add a title to a line with either TitleMotion or QuickTitler. The titler simply will not launch.

I rolled back by Nvidia Video graphics card to an earlier driver vers. and that fixed alot of my problems with titlemotion. Okay so your graphics card can be the culprit sometimes However I have a project with several timeline sequences. On the first 2 or three, I can click to add titles and Titlemotion opens up and works fine. But with the last 3 sequences..Titlemotion won't open up at all (whether clicking ctrl T or any other means to add/open titles. I have to go to one of the previous sequences and copy a title and paste it into one of the latter sequences with the problem and then double click on the title track I just pasted into it. Anyone seen this?

You should try following steps:
1. Uninstall EDIUS 4.6
2. Install EDIUS 4.02 or 4.5 (FULL not Update) & "Title Motion" again
3. Uninstall EDIUS 4.02 or 4.5 but no "Title Motion"
4. Install EDIUS 4.6 again
