DV Capture Just Show Black Screen

I just Upgrated From Dv Storm Pro2 to Edius Nx.
but when I start DVcapture1.1 it just show Blak screen with all "Nx Compusite" and "Nx DV" and ....
sometimes it crashes and I have to press alt+ctrl+del and "End Task" the Dv capture software and when I Restart DV Capture it works the best.
