Sorry to post this here, guys, but don't know where else to go with this question. Cannot log on to create a New User Account - and therefore get to full support. I have a "support" login - have had it since GV bought Canopus - but doesn't work. Been on the forum since beginning! When trying to create new Account, get statement "cannot log onto external database". Anyone else have that problem, or more directly, a solution? Seems the rules of GV have changed!
