  • User Account Problem

    Sorry to post this here, guys, but don't know where else to go with this question. Cannot log on to create a New User Account - and therefore get to full support. I have a "support" login - have had it since GV bought Canopus - but doesn't work. Been on the forum since beginning! When trying to create new Account, get statement "cannot log onto external database". Anyone else have that problem, or more directly, a solution? Seems the rules of GV have changed!

      server problem because I can't login either
      ditto here in europe\austria .....europe\german.........

      it is the "typically" old issue..... remember, on the old forum exist more than one topic about this "issue"....
      and most ,it was avible over the whole weekend, and ended rare prior to the first workday

      there not a "operational readiness" on the weekend aviable (unfortunately for a company with "broadcast" in the title...)

        The link between the server and the database is now timed to automatically re-establish any loss of connection, on a timed period. So in theory, this should fix itself after time.

        I'm anticipating this issue will go away entirely, in the next month or so.
