New computer

I need to upgrade my computer for Edius, looking at all the recommendation from previous posts, look like they were all for the newer Edius NX PCIe, I have the older PCIx, am I sol or do you guys and gals know of a MB that can handle dual quad that is GV certified to work with my older NX PCIx?

Intel S5000XVN Not GV Certified, Can Handle Quad's & has 2 PCIx & 2 PCIe slots (look at Intel Spec's) and works fine with My Dualcore Xeon's (must state that I only do SD 16x9 with NX)
