This is not possible... you can't have these two applications working together...

However In the past I used an MVR D4000 board to capture from analog source to mpeg2 while I was editing in Edius... never had a problem... I had an NX board installed as well....

Yes it is possible, I have solved it. You have to just set ur xplode pro config/ xplode edius config to defualt mode, I mean do not set it to ati hardware render mode.
Now you can capture analogue input from your dvx xa card and at the same time can be edit in edius with both simmulatanous preview.

Hi,

Some of my customer use DVX & NX-E1. He work with a Pc without the Analogue output monitor. He want to capture the video(av input) in DV Capture, and edit in Edius simmulatanously.
Now the problem is when the both software open the preview of the edius output monitor goes blank.
Can I solve the problem. Can I show both the preview ? while my system included with ATI Pci graphic card..this is nacessory for realtime 3deffect in timeline and faster converting using the ati hardware settings.

Please advice.
