How to make external monitor work?

hello community,
I am new to EDDIUS 4.5. I have EDIUS NX EXpress card. Connected TV via S-video connection to preview timeline but all i get on it is a blank screen.
i can confirm that signals are flowing through. May be i am doing something wrong.

Check that the project settings are for NX and NOT OHCI - thats the most likely cause.
