Alphamatte

first I am sorry about my bad english.
Now my question:
I tried to convert a title in the bin window to alpha matte. But the
opton isn't high lighted. What do I wrong?
I try the example of the edius user guide for edius vers. 4.

have you selected the title clip and a video clip, 2 clips need to be selected

First I make a title text with Title Motion Pro and saved it at the bin.
Then I selcect the title and a clip. Then I tried to covert the clips
into alphamat. But no result. The choise Alphamat was not highlighted.
Another try I choise two videoclips and Alphamat was highlighted.

the trick is in the order of selection, what do you click first and what second? when it fails, reverse the order of selection

thanks fpr supporting. The problem about alphamat is solved.
After complete deinstalling and new installing Edius alphamat
is now working. Yeah!
