  • Titler Pro 7.9 Update 230907 issues

Hello everyone, I just installed the Titler Pro 7 update 230907 and I am having some issues with it.
    1. The preview background of edius does not appear in the editor
    2. I am unable to save a style in the library. It does not appear after giving it a name.
    3. Any bugs on the interface: some parameters appear in red as in the screenshot.

Does anyone have the same issues?
The previous update 221111 works fine.
    Thank you.

The NLE background preview is a known issue.
Can you make a video of 2 and 3 and post it. If it is too big, use Wetransfer.com and post a link.

Ok, your second issue was the creation and saving of a style. I made a video for that.
Your 3rd observation was that there were controls that were red. These are the Leading
and Kerning controls. AFAIK, this is how they are now displayed. Watch that video.

        Thanks for the reply !
Ok for 1 et 3. That is very inconvenient for NLE background preview !!
For 2, in fact my issue is on the saving design in library. Saving style like on your viideo is ok.
Watch my video to understand. I have to restart TP to see the saved design. And you'll notice the bold parameter doesn't work fine

1). As I said before, this is a known issue and is being worked on.

2). Check your Project Template folder for your previous test saves.
Try doing the save the same why that I am doing it.
The way you are doing it creates a Project Template in the Project Template folder
As far as the bold text, it works here.

The style backup works well like on your video. But it's the design backup that I use the most, and with the previous version TP 7.9 (221111), I didn't have to restart to see the saved design.
For the bold text, it works with another font ! The Courier font appears to not have bold text.
I hope the NLE background preview issue will be resolved quickly.
            thanks for all !

Are you using the EVO 1TB as a media drive or boot drive? How full is your media drive and when was the last time
                you optimized that drive?

If you do the same procedure in the Stand Alone titler do you still get a crash?

I noticed that saving the design in the library works with TP 7.9 launched on standalone. If I open it from Edius, saving becomes a problem. I give a name to the design I want to save, and then it doesn't appear in the project templates. If I name a new design with the previous name, TP tells me that the name already exists, even though it doesn't appear anywhere in the library.

                            Do me a favor.
Make a very detailed video of your process and I will submit that to NB.
No promises with this. Others I have asked get the same results as I do.
