HD Spark How can I reinstall?

In my new system, running EDIUS 8 workgroup, I had HD Spark installed and working. Then it wouldn't work. Select it as preview device in System settings and no output to my TV monitor, and of course the system sound was silenced. Tried a new HDMI cable, no help. Looked in Device Manager and it indicated device working properly. Checked driver for currency and it indicated the proper driver was installed. Using Device Manager I uninstalled HD Spark thinking a reinstall might straighten things out. Now I can't seem to figure out how to reinstall.

the Spark driver is part of the EDIUS 8 installation file

uninstall 8 but do not deactivate, then install EDIUS_8.53_3262_DL_Setup.exe

You can also go to program files, Grass Valley, you should find the Driver folder, open it and run the setup

Thanks Anton.. I tried both approaches. They each reinstalled the Spark, but the Spark doesn't work. Last thing to do is pull the card and reseat it. I may not get to that for a while, and it probably won't fix it anyway, it's a long shot. Obviously, I don't have to have the Spark to edit. Uninstalling EDIUS without deactivating the license is easy enough IF you're sharp eyed enough to see the tiny checkbox which defaults to deactivate. I nearly missed it.

Can you check if there is a device preset? If so, can you make a screen shot of the settings?

OK. I just solved my NON-PROBLEM. My apologies for taking space and time. The project I was working on was a standard def project converted from a VHS tape. Spark does not handle standard def. I finally remembered. Four years away and I'm like a NewB.

I would replace the Spark card with a BM Mini Monitor card as it handles any preset up to 4k

I'm with Anton on this. My main system has the Mini Monitor 4k installed.
I have my HD Spark installed in a second machine along with my Intensity Shuttle capture/playback device.
