    – Frame number of source timecode is always shown as even number in 50p/60p clips
    – Encoding in Dolby Digital Professional/Plus changes the volume of audio

For Workaround, Restart GV Render Engine before file export – here more details.
    – AVCHD 3D writer exporter fails to export files
    – When a clip exported by the P2 3D exporter is registered in the bin, it will be handled as a sequence clip instead of a 3D clip

    – Add and Transfer to Bin” from Amazon S3 source browser fails if the path contains multibyte characters (EDIUS Cloud only)

    – When exporting MP3 audio, noise is exported if “Bit Depth” of audio format is set to 20bit
    – The color space of the project settings is not reflected to still image files created by “Create a Still Image” function
    – When exporting a clip with changing the frame rate and with [Add to Bin] option, the added clip’s frame rate is incorrect
    – “Pre-roll Edit (Rec)” does not overwrite the timeline

    Mync

    – Updating Floating License Server fails if the installed version is 10.30 or earlier.
For workaround, uninstall the old version first

Hmmm. My download was fine. Maybe try it through the help file link (though that should be the same).

I see no mention of the latest Quicksync, 13th gen. Intel or new AMD integration or Nvenc exporting. If these important topics do not make the "fixed" or "known issues" lists, what are we to think of their status? It is unclear to me if these topics are working or not. A few versions ago I tried an Nvenc export and it had artifacts. I am waiting for the upgrade that fixes these long standing topics but it always seems to be in the distance. I am wanting to build a 13th gen. Intel computer but Edius is an unknown two months after the release of the chips. While it will surely fire up and be able to edit footage, will it have some kind of showstopper like Nvenc output that stops one on your tracks for production?

Can we have a bit more visibility? The time passed already is immense.

Tim, I have not had any issues with NVENC export in Edius X using my 1080ti.
I also use MW7 for NVENC export. MW7 has far more settings options for NVENC export than Edius.

Glad to hear it is working for you. I used my laptop a few months ago which has a 10th gen Intel i7 and a 1660ti video card to export a file with Edius X and the latest version at the time and got white artifacts in the final file. This same computer is used for live streaming and file recording in OBS using Nvenc without issue. I seem to remember others' having this output issue but things are so fragmented that who knows. So that is why I was asking for some clarity on these topics.

I have WG. Is it best just to open Edius and update through the pull down menu? That is what I have done in the past.
                  Regards,

                  Jon

                    That should work fine.

Before install, do you have to deactivate Edius?

                      Thanks.
