Trouble With Titler Pro 7 activation

Hello everyone,

I just upgraded to Edius X Pro version 10.33 from Edius 9.5 Pro and everything installed correctly but I am unable to get Titler 7 to activate. It shows that it is in a trial mode. In my new blue account I have a serial number and I am attaching what I am seeing in the new blue manager. I did log off the manager and log back in and it is still showing that it is only a trial. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it. New Blue said it was just a trial that Grass valley gives out, is this true? I am at my wits end trying to figure this out. Thank you for any help.

Titler pro for EDIUS is not a trial version but needs to be activated for it to work. It is best to contact New Blue and ask for help.

Before you do try this:

In EDIUS, choose Help > Download EDIUS X Bonus Contents to download NewBlue installer
From Apps & features, uninstall both NewBlue OFX Bridge 2 and New Blue Titler Pro for EDIUS
Restart Windows
Run downloaded New Blue installer

Activate the Titler
