Yessss this is the key....I have new files coming in yesterday. So, first open the the FPS in the bin, then select by type, and the batch is open.
Thanks to you allLeave a comment:

It was never an issue for me
1. change bin view to Icon view
2. sort by frame rate
3. select all clips with the same frame rate and batch convert
4. then select the other frame rate clips and do the same
AVP-0549.png- I have never done otherwise (after the first time ;-) )

Fair enough - I misread that as thinking it should do it and it isnt't where as Anton's comment already explains why it is not working for you.Leave a comment:

as far as I know, only the latest version of EDIUS X can batch convert clips of mixed frame ratesLeave a comment:

Now that I am editing I see some properties that could be the reasons of the problem.
Some files received from drone Nr 2 where not in 50P but in 29.93 P or 25 P
Camera is 50P - H264 and drone Nr 1 in 50P - H265.
May be that can explain why the batch was "in parts"
The HQX from drone Nr 2 stays as genuine 29.93 P or 25 P and is not smooth on the Timeline
Any comments is welcomeLeave a comment:

Batch convert from bin to Canopus HQX (to edit)
Hello EdiUsers,
I meet a variable problem to batch convert from bin to Canopus HQX (to edit)
Genuine files are 80 all UHD coming from 3 sources all in MP4 (Camera Panasonic and 2 dji drones)
- 1) operation, it takes without problem the first 40 files (mixed from all camera's) and export perfectly.
- 2) operation, it accepts only the 7 following files in batch ...
- 3) It accepts only 1 ...
- 4) It accepts only 2
- 5) It accepts all the rest (30)
Is there something I have missed ?
Thanks in advance
