EdiusX workgroup ver10.32 won't start proxy creation

Hi,
Can someone check if it is able to start a proxy creation with 10.32 workgroup version? Mine won't start, the "GV job monitor" properties says: "waiting". I installed 10.32 over 10.31 without first uninstall the 10.31 version. Is this maybe the cause?

TEST 4K (4096 23.98 project) Ok I get catastrophic failure on a YouTube 23.98 4096 clip (4096x2304), OK on Sony RAW, OK on ProRes HQ 422, XAVCI OK

I have auto create proxie off in settings and manuall create proxies only of the clips i need proxies for.

What processor do you have? Have you got Quick Sync playback on? Try turning it off and see whether it works.
