when i try to install 10.31 then Edius asking for Uninstall and click uninstall and with the error before - file attached

I am confused. Did you try to leave the deactivate box unchecked and then click the Uninstall button? I saw where you said you canceled it and then got the uninstall error. I am not sure why you would have canceled it instead of just clicking uninstall.

Double click 10.31 and then Deactivate box unchecked and then click Uninstall and got error can not remove, tried a lot still can not upgrade from 10.31 to 10.32 something with EdiusPackage.msi

when is the last time you emptied appdata/local/temp? I bet the issue lies with a full Temp folder

reboot before you empty the folder

Download and run 10.32 then got error then go to Temp folder empty all and then run again still error, reboot do it again still the same, at the moment 10.31 still working but can not upgrade to 10.32

make sure you deactivate the license by opening license manager, license list before you reinstall windows
