  • Edius 8 WG window issue

I have Edius 8.53 WG. I have not done any editing for a while. I went to open some projects today and the Edius "status" bar at the bottom of the Edius window is missing. Can anyone suggest what is wrong please?

drag the timeline upwards until you see the bottom and then make the height smaller so it fits in the available space

or apply the default layout (view menu)

      Hi Anton,

Thank you for the suggestions. The first one didn't work. I tried changing to the default layout. That worked showing the status bar at the bottom of the window, but then the paletts were missing.

I then looked at the display setting in Windows and found that one screen had been changed to Portrait mode. Why, I don't know how that changed, but resetting that to Landscape got everything back OK

My 2 cents... Save your layout with a specific name when your Edius windows are in the best and confortable for you.... You can then get back on it in a click
