  • Edius X not exporting Mpeg2 file

So I have a 1920x1080 1:15:00 project on my timeline in Edius X ver. 10.30.8, I hit export to file, then pic Mpeg 2 (my standard file output setting )and I get a message say "Sending rendering jobs, registering render Jobs" and the nothing is happing, no render, no job monitor, nothing, this is a problem. I need this done by this Monday.

is it mpeg2 PS or ES?
can you tick add to bin in export window and see if the bin thumbnail gets a progress bar
make sure in and out are marked correctly and export between in and out is ticked

So I rebooted my PC and got Edius X to create the Mpeg2. Looks like there were multiple render attempts that had finally appeared in the Job Monitor, so I canceled all but the current render. Job Monitor took a long time to appear in my interface.

do you have the three job monitor items excluded from the firewall?
