Thank you for pointing this out. With the installation of 10.30 I have updated these two paths in Defender.

You are having issues with these exception in the windows firewall or are you using a third-party firewall?

I use Defender exclusivly, no, I do not use any other 3.party-firewall.

This password is not admin or guest.

The layout of gvjob is sometimes reset. Please fix this problem or tell me where the layout file is,I need to make backup
If gvjob has just been started, if you click gvjob immediately, the layout will be reset.

My computer doesn't have any firewall at all

It says windows security in your picture . You have a firewall which is the Windows Firewall. That means that the windows firewall is controlling the access for that port. :)

Please everyone check again to make sure.
It is not enough to exclude in the Antivirus part.
You need to really add the exclusions in the windows defender firewall. (or any other third-party firewall)

Go to the windows search box
                      Type firewall
Click on Firewall and Network protection.

Now allow these apps trough the Firewall:

                      1 C:\Program Files\Grass Valley\EDIUS X\XREAdminConsole.exe

                      2 C:\Program Files\Grass Valley\EDIUS Hub\EH Render Service\EHRenderServiceHost.exe

                      3 C:\Program Files\Grass Valley\EDIUS Hub\EH Render Service\EHRenderService.exe

Again this is not the Antivirus part but the Windows Firewall which is currently blocking the connection. If you do this correctly most likely you wont have any issue.

The window security screenshot posted usually mean that the the firewall is not allow the connection.

Please let us know how it goes.

See the three screenshots: There I have allowed the apps.
I had overlooked the fact that after installing the current 10.30-Version, the check mark was not set for C:\Program Files\Grass Valley\EDIUS X\XREAdminConsole.exe.
However, it now seems to work with it.

Is it really beyond the designers to include this in the installer ? All the other programs I have arrange this with their installers.

As Edius Workgroup is supposed to work off line why are we even talking about letting something through a firewall?
