Job operation dosent work

I make proxies and now i try to export a movie, i mark the job in the job minitor and made him high priority but he dosent start, the only way is to delete all the proxies renders export the movie and then export the movie again

Have you applied the exclusions as outlined in this post? This includes exclusions for Anti Virus and Firewall.

Thanks jerry, i made all of this but still dosent work, its say high priority but dosent start until all the rest render wich in normal priority finshed
