  • Hello, My forum friends. Does EDIUS have the function of exchanging adjacent segments

    Using video editing, I often need to exchange adjacent video files,Such as c0002 and C0003。Is there any shortcut or easy way to exchange these two videos?Thank you first!

    See my screenshot!
    1. Select the icon at the right red arrow (ripple mode := on).
    2. Drag the right clip to left.
    With this it works for me. I don't know any shortcut.

      1. you can add the Jump selected clip buttons to timeline toolbar, see attached video
      2. Or you can create keyboard shortcuts for the 3 Jump options, see attached

        Thank you. Anton's method is the same as yours, but he found a way to set shortcut keys ,It's so convenient

            It works well in most instances but fails in some, like swapping a short clip from left to right if the right clip is longer

              I forgot about the jump options (although I defined them as a button in my TL). // Well, the "many trees in the forest".
