    exporting project with EDIUS X

    Hello. EDIUS X is not that young but I have a hard time seeing an exported project going to its end ... Most of the time it stops with an error. I obviously do not do anything during the process and it works sometimes by night but never during the day...
    Does anyone see the same problem ?
    Windows 10 home 64 bits.

      What is the exact version number you are running? This goes for both posters.
      You should be running 10.20.7821.

        I always run the latest version ! Job Monitor is not working fluently... No way to remove jobs already completed... Sometimes it does not even be called. Once in a while the all project is exported...
        To be honest I am asking the best from EDIUS but it is the best ! I have 3D Full HD projects which last 1h 40...

          Have you tried the tips in here from the moderators: https://forum.grassvalley.com/forum/...the-moderators which are specifically to help with problems with the job monitor.
          EDIUS silver certified trainer.
          Main edit laptop: DVC Kaby Lake desktop processor laptop, 32GB RAM, 3.5Ghz i5 desktop processor, nVidia 1060, Windows 10.
          Desktop: 4Ghz 9900K processor, 32GB RAM, nVidia 1660TI GPU, Windows 10.

            That does not solve anything... Most of the time GV Job Monitor cannot be invoked from the Start Menu and if it comes it is blank...
            If we open it from a project Tools menu it looks working but there is no way to clean the past history.
            Exporting a long project works better if we have a huge disk space (forced to remove a lot of old files...).
            But that works sometimes !

              you can set the history to auto clear within 1 day
              job-monitor-clear.png (1255×823) (videoproductions.com.au)

              use the job monitor from the EDIUS taskbar (records jobs from current project only) and not the one from the Win taskbar (records jobs from all projects)

              Many Thanks. I understand the difference but they looked very much the same... and neither one work now: they are blank. I know there is a project exporting but I cannot see the progress in the project Job Monitor: It is a white window !

                you get a white blank window when the firewall blocks the job mon

                you can select add to bin in exporter window, then you will see the progress bard of the export in the bin thumbnail
