  • Default number of cameras in multi-cam mode

Is there a place where you can set the default number of cameras for multi-cam mode?

I found what I needed. A keyboard shortcut for 4 cameras (no master). Thanks anyway.

Or go to mode- number of cameras and choose the layout of cameras you want.

I think the OP is asking for how to set a preferred default, meaning every time you start a new project and open multicam, the user preferred number of cameras are displayed

That can be done by saving a project template.

yes, I only start new projects from saved templates which have all my needed settings in place such as audio tracks expanded and unlocked as well as certain clips I use in every project in the bin
Using Templates in EDIUS 8.1 or later (videoproductions.com.au)
