Exporting XDCAM HD Settings?

So I need to deliver a file to a broadcaster and have been given the following file specs for delivery:

XDCAM50 (MXF Op1a)
Long GOP
4:2:2
1920x1080i/29.97
16x9 full or 4x3 pillar
2-channel stereo or dual mono
Ch 3/4 M&E (if available)
16-bit/48kHs audio
Captioning: QuickTime CC track/container

I've attached a screenshot of my project settings which I'm pretty confident are correct but if anyone see anything that could be a problem please let me know. The exporter preset 'XDCAM HD 422' appears to be what I want but I noticed on 'Audio Format' the only option I have is '24bit/8ch'. I don't need 8ch, I only need 2ch, also they want 16bit not 24bit. Why can't I change this?

Also what is Long GOP and how does that factor in? I didn't see any option for that?

The captioning isn't an issue because I'm not delivering captions.

MXF Exporter is only available in Workgroup version.

As you can see those audio settings on mine are all greyed out and under GOP Picture count mine is set at 15 and is greyed out too.

Is this maybe because of what Sorcerer brought up about Edius Workgroup?

Also, when you say choose MXF Exporter is there a generic one or do I pick one of these presets? (see attached pic)

If you choose the MXF Exporter on the left side, choose one of the Exporter settings on the right side. In most TV stations we use MPEG2 MXF as that is probably the most compatible (though if they have something specific you can choose that). You should then have access to the settings that Anton has shown. However, for US TV, you generally don't have to make those changes that he has indicated unless you have a strange project preset. The main change will be the Bit Rate. If time is not an issue, I would set it to 50M as Anton has shown. Obviously, the larger the Bit Rate, the larger the file and then longer it takes to export.

your audio settings are grayed out because your MXF profile is not set to Standard

to enable video settings, untick segment encode

choose an mpeg2 based MXF preset and then fine tune it to your needs

How do I set it to standard? Can you show me with a picture please? Excuse my ignorance. Thank you for all your help.

Wait...nevermind I think I figured it out. I went to the one pictured here (see picture) and it let me choose all the correct settings. Thank you everyone so much for your help!
