10 Seconds Forward/Backward! Is it possible?

Is it possible to create 10 seconds forward/backward in Edius as shortcut?
Or maybe 15 seconds?

GV doesn't change their game rules for one or two users. You can use shift + left or right to move forward and backward by 10 frames, or A/S to move forward and backward to the next clipping point.
