Time running in overlay

Hi all,

I'm editing some timelapses for a scientific experiment.
I need a time overaly (date/hour/minutes) running with the timelapse. Once my timeline is ready I would need to add a title in which I can set starting date and ending date on a portion of my timeline.
Is it possible to accomplish this with a plain Edius 8WG or I need some spegil titler/plugin?
