It would be nice if users could handle it by themselves. The serial number of Chinese version can only be bound to one computer, which is very uncomfortable. International version can bind 2 computers. And the Chinese version is not cheap。

I Sent several email to support but do not get reply please help
I use edius 9 after install upgrade then I can not use it anymore
One time after wait for many day the edius support guy, help me by remote to my machine and down grage version of my versin 9 to 9.xxx something
And it work

This week I have problem to export h254,
In the past I can export to h254 then last few day can not .

I email to support and wait for support
Never answer

I reinstall and try to install Edius 9
After finish intall I put serial number and they ask to put the former serial number too. I follow

It seem my regist is pass.

But when I try to start to open program
It say "The license is invalid please contack technical suport"

Now can not use Edius 9 any more,

Your reseller can lend you an NFR license until the issue is solved (NFR = not for resale = time limited full serial)

I have NFR licenses but you did not buy from me so I can't help
