1.Draft mode preview is not valid for newblue7 subtitles，In Multiple cameras mode (F8 key), the lost frame display can greatly improve the fluency. Unfortunately, lost frame display function is not available in normal mode.

2.The video material is from arri Prores mov 4:4:4 and DJI mavic h265.
Because there are new blue subtitles in the material library, when I right-click to open the file in the material library, EDIUS will crash for about a minute before the import file dialog box opens.
If there are newblue7 subtitle files in the EZP project, EDIUS will be stuck in the startup interface for a long time，Will read the hard disk crazily. can't even start the project. I hope to fix the problem

3.Chinese version of win10 any version of the system,using Use Microsoft Pinyin or Microsoft five pen input method. From the beginning of EDIUS 8.53, there are often unsuccessful input problems. The problem continues to this day.

you are using a 4 core i5, that is not exactly powerful

why don't you render the newblue titles with Shift+Q (you need to create the shortcut)

once the shortcut is created, select the title, mark in and out on the title by double click the ruler above the the title, then press Shift+Q, see attached video (did you know that you can attach videos in this forum)

note, the attached video was made with EDIUS9 but it works the same in X

The newblue subtitle stuck in the EDIUS add file dialog box, not because my computer is not configured well. 1. You need to increase your buffer settings. Go to System Settings >Playback >Change your Playback Buffer Size. If you have 32GB of RAM, you can take it up to 8GB.
2. Your clip is struggling to play even before it gets to the Title.
3. Go to the bin, select the troublesome clips and do a batch convert to HQX.
4. Once you get fluid playback on the timeline with your files, the TP7 render will allow playback.
5. If this still doesn't work, consider selecting the section of playback issues and do a Shift+Q.

Watch the video I'm using Alexa native Prores 4444 files with a PCC filter applied on the first pass. The first two titles are TP7 titles and the last one is a Vistitle title( all 3 play in realtime).
The second pass is after selecting the files in the bin and converting them to HQX.

This is on a 4790K with a 1080ti...a much, much, much slower machine than you have. I would say most of your issues are with setup and knowing when to
transcode files in order to have them playback in realtime in Edius. Also, look at the screen shot of the buffer without Camtasia capture software taking resources.

Because the number of frames left in your buffer is decreasing dramatically, not increasing. In fact, these are small problems, I set the F12 shortcut to render the red area.
The most intolerable problem is the Chinese input method, which needs to be input many times to succeed，Any version of EDIUS QuickTitler will have this problem on win10.Chinese users don't know about this forum, they only give feedback in ivideostar forum，There are few people in that forum,Chinese agents is ivideostar,It is estimated that no error report has been submitted to GV so far. He also told me that one serial number can only be used by one computer. The users of this forum all said that they can use two or three computers. They cheated me into buying three serial numbers,The Chinese serial number should be the most expensive in the world.
