  • Job Monitor export question

USED TO BE - you exported to a file and it would go into your bin. Now - Job monitor - works fine, no issues when rendering. However, while it puts it in the designated file, it does not put it into my bin automatically - and I have to go dig for it.
Please tell me this is MY ID10T error, like I'm not checking some stupid box/button someplace.... and not the way of the world now.

X does not add to the bin automatically anymore. You can select the export in job monitor and right-click then select add to bin.

AH. Seems like we took a step backwards. Hope this is fixed in the next update! (hint hint lol)
      Thanks!

No it is not a "fix" thing. This is a design. We have had many more requests in the past to have this not added. It would be nice to have a button for choice, but that is not always possible.

To me personally it was a good step forward, helps keeping bins clean if forgetting removing them. Just adding them my self if I really need them in there nicer.

Agreed. This is how most other NLE softwares work, and it does lead to a cleaner workspace.

              I prefer the new behaviour.

I too prefer the new approach as I used to create a bin to put all these exports in and delete it before I saved.
